Applicable Law

By visiting u12know, you agree that the laws of Malaysia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and u12know and 121advisor or its associates.

Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to u12know For Life or to products you purchase through u12know shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in MALAYSIA, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate u12know’s intellectual property rights, u12know and 121Advisor may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in MALAYSIA, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement which cannot be settled amicably between the Parties or their representatives shall be submitted to arbitration with the Kuala Lumpur Regional Center for Arbitration (“KLRCA”) in accordance with the rules of the KLRCA. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
